Welcome to a series about the game Cities XL Platinum and about my new city Waterfront City. The design of this city is very organic with several circular shapes again. A central park axis divides the city in a industrial and residential area. For this project I will use lots of mods ;) This Cities XL episode I will continue with the freeway network in WFC. I will build a additional circularized freeway to prepare the next interchange. (btw. install mods only on your own risk, make a backup of yor city save files first!!!)
