I had ramped up the strength of the enemies for my "grinding" off camera. Unfortunately, I MAY have weakened them a bit too much when preparing to continue the story. I guess we'll have an easy sprint to the finish! :D I've been wanting to play Disgaea for quite a long time, and now that it's come to PC I finally can. This is a classic that has shaped the turn based strategy genre and has an undeniable charm that will leave you wanting more! It has amazing voice acting, fantastic writing and some innovative game mechanics such as teaming up, geo crystals, and the lift and throw mechanic. You try to help Laharl to become the new Overlord of the underworld after his father was killed. Unfortunately, all this happened while he was taking a 2 YEAR nap. A great cast of characters, with over 40 unique character types and a max level of 9999! Let's not forget the Prinnies! I'm glad to see a classic brought to PC d00d! A big thanks to NIS America for bringing these classics to PC! Disgaea was one of the games I missed out on when it originally released and have been wanting to play it since I learned about it! Now I can! Woo hoo! Also, a special thanks to Ontrose for gifting Disgaea PC to me for this LP!
