Kolink Satellite Plus modded to fit micro ATX board MSI A320 with Ryzen 3600
Kolink Satellite Plus modded with few simple changes using dremel tool to fit micro ATX board that normally would not fit Parts used: case: Kolink Satellite Plus cpu: Ryzen 5 3600 ram: 2x8GB DDR4 HyperX 3200MHz CL16 board: MSI A320a PRO VD/S (23,6cm x 18,7cm) gfx: EVGA 1060 6GB SuperClocked Mini cooler: SilentinumPC Fortis 3 v2 HDD: 1TB 3,5inc SSD: Samsung 250GB EVO power: ATX Modecom 620W Carbon (PSU fan act as case exhaust fan) 1x 120mm backside intake fan pulling fresh air on cpu cooler 2x 92mm gpu side panel intake/exhaust fans 1x 60mm psu side panel exhaust fan CPU stress test 73C closed case (70C top panel open) at 24C room temp and fans set at 75% (100% reduces only 1C so not worth the increased noise level) CB15 multiscore 1609 Removed old standoffs so not to damage or shortcut motherboard. Used 8mm standoffs to replace old cutout ones. New standoffs moved 2cm up so now mATX 24,4cm high board can fit and PCE slots match to second PCE slot on motherboard. Full size mATX 24,4x24,4 would require SFX psu and additional metal cutouts from psu mounting Side panels covered with noise reduction foam.
