This particular re-implementation features several tweaks that can be toggled, high FPS compatibility, custom character skins, two more difficult gameplay modes, several QOL changes and the ability to play the original Mario Forever as Luigi, and much more. The premise remains the same as in every Mario title: Princess Peach has been kidnapped, and it is up to Mario or Luigi to save her throughout eight worlds of increasingly difficult stages.
