How to make a Ventoy with Themes

I've been distro hopping on the Zephyrus Duo for reasons I'll get into in the next video, but while flashing countless Linux flavour ISO's is a great way to waste a ton of time. I decided to make a Ventoy while I did this to make it much easier to try out multiple live enviroments from a single USB stick while also keeping a nice clean dark look using a GRUB theme. Instructions: Download all files Change directory to the downloaded files location (cd ~/Downloads) Extract the Ventoy tar files (tar -xzvf "ventoy-file-name.tar.gz) Change directory to the extracted Ventoy Folder (cd ~/Downloads/ventoy-x.x.xx) List all drives using (lsblk) and find the USB stick you want to use Make the Ventoy on the USB stick (sudo sh Ventoy2Disk.sh -i /dev/sdX) Confirm the following prompts making sure that /dev/sdX ends with your USB drive ID Copy .iso files over to the Ventoy USB stick You are now done and can use this as you wish. Themes: Make a new folder on the Ventoy USB stick called "Ventoy" Within the newly created folder, create a text document. In the Text document, paste the example text found here: https://www.ventoy.net/en/plugin_entry.html Save the text document in the Ventoy folder, on the Ventoy USB Stick as "ventoy.json" Make a new folder in the Ventoy folder on the Ventoy USB stick called "themes" Within the Themes folder, copy any extracted GRUB theme of your choice Copy the theme file name, and paste it in the ventoy.json document to correct the theme directory line to be correct, then save. (/ventoy/theme/PASTE-HERE/theme.txt) The gfxmode line can be changed to any resolution you want, as long as your display can support it. Ventoy: https://www.ventoy.net/en/download.html GRUB Theme: https://github.com/shvchk/poly-dark/archive/master.zip
