Video CV ( 2025 ) Hey there. My name is Svetlana and I'm delighted to introduce myself as a language tutor. I'm here to help you master English. I'd describe my English as a native speaker. With over 40 certifications under my belt—including FCE, CPE, IELTS, and TESOL—I bring expertise that's backed by international standards. But don’t worry, I'll never overwhelm you with jargon! What I really enjoy about teaching is making complex things simple! I genuinely enjoy crafting lessons that are not just informative but also fun and interactive. My biggest goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and really finding your voice in English. I'm all about finding the best way to help YOU learn. My adventure in teaching began about 15 years ago, back in 2008, mostly through online tutoring. It's been an incredible journey! Over the years, I've learned that every student is unique, and that’s what makes teaching so rewarding. Seeing that "aha!" moment when a concept clicks for someone is fantastic. I’ve learned to be super adaptable, patient, and always ready to try new approaches. Ultimately, I believe that learning a language should be an empowering and enjoyable experience, not a chore. My focus is always on building confidence and fostering genuine progress. My experience spans across various age groups, yet I prefer working with adults or young adults . I adapt my teaching style to meet the specific learning needs ensuring an optimal learning experience for everyone starting from students preparing for exams, to professionals seeking to enhance their business English, or individuals passionate about mastering the language to travel or personal enrichment. Each group brings its own unique energy and learning style, and I enjoy tailoring my methods and materials accordingly. I believe that learning a language should be an empowering and enjoyable experience, not a chore. My focus is always on building confidence and fostering genuine progress. I am generally available to teach on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. My typical working hours, in Moscow time, I'm also flexible and open to discussing specific scheduling if needed.
