Outlast: Part 4 | Mr. Friendly

Staring at static: The favorite past-time of insane people everywhere. What is Outlast? Just when you thought it was safe to enter a closed down mental institution, a whirlwind of demons, ghouls, and unfriendly asshats emerge, forcing our lone, nameless hero to Outlast. This aint' your aunties video game. Our hero has no means of fighting back against the supernatural foes. He's a limp noodle. He's a like a 2x4 trying to fight a power saw. Sure, he can make attempts to run and hide, but at the end of the day, this game of hide and go seek ends badly for everyone involved. Every now and then, a game comes around that scares people. Outlast is that game. Even in a well lit room in the middle of the day, it still manages to scare my mittens off and produce a nice puddle of liquid around my ankles. If you get a chance to play this game, do it. It'll give your chills the likes of which we haven't scene since E.T The Game.
