All you need to do is crack a couple eggs into a bowl, stir them up, soak a slice of bread in the eggs, and then fry it in the pan. For this recipe I'm using Dave's Killer Bread, I'm not sponsored or endorsed by them in anyway, I just really like their bread. It's my personal favorite. I'm also using organic free range eggs. If you haven't tried free range eggs before, then I recommend you give them a try. I find that once you enjoy the natural goodness of a good free range egg, you won't want to go back to eating "normal" eggs ever again. How you can tell if you are getting a good quality free range egg is by the color of the yolk. It should have a dark orange tint to it, not the pale yellow yolk of a "normal" egg. If you buy free range eggs and the yolks are pale yellow, you can tell you are getting ripped off. Real organic free range egg yolks should be darker in color. In addition to the color, the taste will be noticeably better as well.
