Phase 3 Balance Druid Bracer Rune (Spoiler)
Doesn't look like our Phase 3 Runes will help us be topping the damage meters. With Gale Winds slightly closing the gap of our low AoE damage compared to many other specs, and this rune only extending our DoTs, I'm hoping we get some big Spell Tuning early into Phase 3!
