If you got the gear, money aint your thing and you wanna rush those levels, Bashim's provides the exp! You keep going hard and leave a lot of loot behind, but still you get quite the scrolls along the way with t3-t4 pets. If you feel you kill to slow then you can skip a few packs to keep random bypassers away, though the spot is much less contested (and known) than popular hotspots. As a lvl 60 wiz I was able to pull up to 1% exp per hour during weekend buff.
