Rich Dad Poor Dad from Robert Kiyosaki basically covers the lessons Robert learned from his two "dads". After studying the richest people in the world Hill was supposed to compile a success manual with all the success principles these leaders shared. This personal development book is the foundation for a lot of successful people's reading list. The cool thing about this personal development book is that the success principles it goes over can be applied to almost anything you want to be successful in. Think and Grow Rich covers a vast amount of these principles and if you really follow the suggestions in this book it can be one of the life changing books in your library. You should add Secrets of the Millionaire Mind to your personal development books you need to read Secrets of the millionaire mind is another one of the best books for self development you should read. This book is another easy read when it comes to self development books. One of the top books that changed my life is How to win friends and influence people Last but definitely not least on my list of the best self improvement books is How to win friends and influence people. When I first started in the home business industry I was an introverted, socially awkward, video game nerd. I was terrible with people and struggled with building my home business because of it. I read How to win friends and influence people back to back several times in a row and it was definitely one of the books that changed my life. This is one of the top books you should read to help you grow your business but also to improve your relationships in general.
