Celebrating Guitar No. 100 - Antique Spruce and Black Walnut
For my guitar No.100 I chose the most decorative woods from my stock which I set apart for this special occasion. The spruce was sounding for decades in an old piano from around 1850 before it came to a new life in this special guitar. The highly figured Black Walnut used for back and sides reminded me to the old story of the burning bush. So the guitar got this as its title. It took over 3 years to finish this build, because it was done out of the regular workshop schedule. Big thanks to Arsen Asanov for the video and beautiful playing!
