Fiddling with Cameras - Inigmas attempts to setup Pixel Perfect rendering with Bevy

We're embarking on a Game Development journey with Rust and (maybe) Godot. These aren't tutorials, per se, but rather the journey of an "enterprise" developer trying to make a game with unfamiliar programming languages and tools. In "Fiddling with Cameras", Inigmas attempts to setup resolution independent, pixel perfect rendering in Bevy. Pixel art should only ever be scaled by whole numbers, so that makes it a challenge when trying to get a game working in any resolution while keeping everything crisp.
