World of Tanks Blitz: Blitz Cup preliminaries EU Day 3
Tonight will hugely decide the fate of the clans fighting for the top 4 spot. IMM0R is tipped to be one of the surprise top 4 teams, and they are up against LOCA in the first fixture, and S0ULS in the second fixture. Winning 2 of those will put the team in a solid position in the top 4. Meanwhile, 2 of the big 4, EG- and RA1D, will need to be wary of sleepwalking out of top 4. EG- arguably have the hardest fixtures, facing LGN first, while RA1D will also be facing top 4 hopefuls. All the games will be equally important and you don't want to miss the action, especially in this stream! Thomas Peterson is a supercomputer constructed by me to calculate the probabilities of different fixture results, and to predict the fixture result. The supercomputer takes into account 4 main criteria: 1) top 8 head-to-head result, 2) 2 team head-to-head result 3) map performance, 4) days since the match was played. These affect the weighting of different parameters in a complicated algorithm to generate the result. This supercomputer was just recently created, and hence tweaking would be done from time to time as more analytic results come in to improve the prognostic model.
