Tangible spiritual heritage of St. Euphrosyne of Polotsk

St. Euphrosyne of Polotsk, the first East Slavonic woman to have been canonized by the Orthodox Church, stood at the birth of the tangible representation of the spiritual heritage of universal human values. The masterpieces of architecture, painting, and ornamental arts, in whose creation she was involved, have turned into the tangible assets of the spiritual heritage of the Enlightener herself and, what is more, they have exerted an essential impact on the spiritual and cultural development of other countries and nations.
