Hiking Lyon Arboretum and Searching for a Side Trail ~ Hawaiian Plants and Waterfalls 🌺
Local adventures are the best! My friend, Mosey told me she really liked the Lyon Arboretum and it was in my neighborhood. My new local friend told me there’s a trail that will connect me up to the Tantalus Ridge from near the arboretum and I wanted to find it. Adventure afternoon! First I checked out the Lyon Arboretum learning about the Canoe Plants in the Ethnobotany Garden, Bromeliad Garden, inspiration Point, Alhualama Falls and back to continue my search for the side trail. In the end I take a muddy walk through a prehistoric-seeming-jungle to Manoa Falls which was flowing well. Found the trail too!
